We're yet to return to peak interest or price levels in the two years since but what has been going on in the space? This session we welcome expert panelists to discuss the rise, fall and current state of Cryptocurrencies.'

He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and has a certificate in derivatives market strategies (CDMS) through the Canadian Securities Institute. In 2017, launched one of Canada’s first long/short cryptocurrency hedge funds producing double digit returns for investors during the sector’s “Crypto Winter”.

Lennon Sweeting, Director, Head of Sales & Trading, Coinsquare, Canada's largest Cryptocurrency Exchange

Lennon joined Coinsquare in March 2018, shortly after the market reached its peak capitalization. Working closely with CEO Cole Diamond and a number of other stakeholders, Lennon and Coinsquare have built out the countries most liquid fiat on and off ramps. Coinsquare's OTC business, is widely accepted to be Canada's largest volume mover.  Prior to joining Coinsquare, Lennon spent close to a decade working in commercial foreign exchange, in both Toronto and San Francisco. Lennon worked closely with mid sized corporate accounts, developing and implementing risk management and execution strategies to help manage foreign exchange exposures. Lennon was born and raised in Toronto.
